Delete Your Prayer Glow Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Prayer Glow account (the "PrayerGlow" app on Google Play and the "PrayerGlows" app on the App Store) and all associated data. You can delete your account inside the app, or right here on the web — you do not need the app installed.

Deletion takes effect immediately and is irreversible. The following data is permanently removed:

• ✦Your account (email address and sign-in identity) and profile (username, prayer points, color and background preferences).
• ✦Your prayer bubble, check-in history, and share records.
• ✦Your prayer circle relationships and invite codes.
• ✦Any custom background images you uploaded (removed from storage).

The following is retained:

• ✦Purchase records — PrayerGlow+ purchases are processed by Google Play / the App Store and retained by them and our purchase validator (RevenueCat) according to their own policies. We cannot delete store transaction records.
• ✦Server access logs — kept for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention, then automatically removed.

Open the app → tap My Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account and confirm. This works for all account types, including Google and Apple sign-in.

If you signed in with Google or Apple (no password) and no longer have the app installed, email us from the same address you use to sign in with the subject "Delete my account":

We verify the request against the account's sign-in email and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner), with a confirmation reply.
